Dogs, cats and ferrets must be identified by a tattoo or microchip, and have a health certificate or pet passport issued by a licensed veterinarian proving anti-rabies vaccinations. Non-vaccinated pets less than age 3 months may enter Estonia if they are clinically healthy, have resided in the same area since birth, have not been in contact with wild animals, are identified by a tattoo or microchip, and have a health certificate or pet passport.
